Breeam/Green Guide Rating

BREEAM, the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method for buildings and large scale developments, sets the standard for best practice in sustainable design. It has become the de facto measure used to describe environmental performance of buildings and communities and can be used for both new build and refurbishment projects.

We are able to provide documented evidence which can be used to gain additional credits under specific BREEAM issues, such as Man 02 (Life Cycle Cost & Service Life Planning), Mat 01 (Life Cycle Impacts), Mat 03 (Responsible Sourcing of Materials) & Mat 04 (Insulation), helping to improve the BREEAM score & building rating.
